Bible Belt CD Review

"Bible Belt" The Debut CD by Diane Birch ( One2One Network Review)
I received a free copy of Diane Birch's debut CD called Bible Belt. I wanted to listen to it multiple times before posting a review. At first, she reminded me a little of Stevie Nicks and Linda Ronstadt in the song "Fools". Then, I heard a hint of Janis Joplin in the song"Choo Choo". One thing is evident after listening to the CD and that is Diane can sing!

Diane doesn't just sing on the album. She plays the piano, bells, organ, and guitar in addition to a few more instruments. Also, the album was written entirely by Diane. I checked out a few of her videos and found one that was a live performance. I've noticed some artists sound a lot different live than the do on CD. Her voice sounds the same. This is a quote from the letter I received with the CD. "Diane Birch sounds like an old favorite, with all the sparkle and magic of a breakthrough talent." You can find Diane on Facebook, MySpace,Twitter, and http://www.dianebirch.com/ to read more about this little lady with the big voice. I've included two songs off the album from youtube. The more I listen to the CD the harder it is for me to pick just one favorite song. One of my oldest and dearest friends has a birthday coming up soon. We have shared a love of music for over 25 years which has included many talented female artists. This would be the perfect gift for her.

For each person that buys the album from either the iTunes or Amazon link through the widget you posted, a $1donation per album sold will be made. I grabbed the widget for Autism Speaks, but there is also: March of Dimes, Keep A Child Alive, Share Our Strength, SOS Children’s Villages and Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
